Our Mission Statement

Cape Holdings will provide a top quality property sourcing and portfolio management service to our clients, whilst maintaining an attitude of complete honesty and integrity in all our transactions. We value our clients and our aim is to look after them and make sure that they come back to buy through us time and time again.

Cape Holdings is run by a small group of investors who have had many years of bad experiences with the many other property clubs that operate in a less than satisfactory way. We have all decided to work together and source our own property deals, find our own legal teams and Financial advisers. We have been so successful in building our own portfolios that we now have a surplus of properties, and are now offering the opportunity to serious investors to share in the experience of purchasing properties from us our in unique property investment club.

We source property from all over the UK and offer this to our investors at well below Market Value. This ranges from Discounted New Build Property to Below Market Value Resale properties, many at 15% - 25% discount from the RICS valuer certified market values.
